Summer Social Skills & Life Skills Groups (Ages 10–15)
Obsidian Counseling and Wellness Center is excited to offer engaging, small-group experiences designed to help youth build confidence, strengthen social connections, and develop practical life skills. Separate groups for boys and girls will focus on friendship-building, communication, emotion regulation, anger management, hygiene and self-care, organization, goal setting, and future planning. Through interactive activities, role-playing, and skill-building exercises, participants will gain tools to navigate school, relationships, and everyday challenges with greater confidence and independence. Self-pay, commercial insurance, and Medicaid Managed Care plans are accepted. Space is limited to ensure a supportive and personalized group experience.
